I've been updating my CPR and First Aid Training certificates for many years and Eric Miller is the best instructor I've ever had. He's so knowledgeable and has a great teaching style that is very organized and easy to understand. I specifically sought him out for my last two certifications and will definitely hire him again.

Eric Miller is a fantastic instructor. He makes CPR seem like something I could actually do in real life. Class was fun and informative. I learned things that I never knew about how all this stuff works. I’ll be going back to renew my certificate when it’s due.

We have had all staff Red Cross Training in the past and it wasn't until Eric Miller was our instructor that all the staff commented on how much they learned and what a good experience it was.

Eric was a great CPR Train the Trainer instructor. He kept everyone engaged and didn't primarily focus on the content that was to be delivered. Eric made a point to discuss how to deliver the content and different ways in which adult learners take in and process information. The trainees felt comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification from what they did not understand. I have taken plenty of training courses as an adult and very few are as memorable as Eric.
