What a wonderful experience working with Charlie. The food was amazing. Nicely presented and delicious. The chef provided a personal and convenient way to experience fine dining in our VRBO.

When Chef Charlie said Bachelorette parties are his jam, he meant it! Chef Charlie prepared an delightful meal for 25 people for my moms 70th birthday. He was amazing, not only did his food taste and look delicious, it was thoughtfully prepared, he prepared to our timeframe and was flexible. He was so much fun to be around, he drew us into the kitchen to chat with him. He felt like part of the family by the end of the night. We would 100% hire him again and again. His communication, energy, punctuality, personality, preparation, and production overall created a memorable experience. We were catered to and well taken care of down to the details. Details, not only in the personalized menu but in the flavorful appetizers, handcrafted cocktails, and perfected entrees. Nothing rushed. Perfect timing, and delivery throughout the evening. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with most restaurants. It is important to me that the guest feels like their experience had good value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send their requests however is most convenient. I'll draft a proposal appropriate to the budget and submit it to the customer for review. Then, the customer and I work together to get every detail just right and settle on a price for the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree from The Illinois Institute of Art Chicago. I have worked in many award winning establishments in the United States.
