They were exactly on time and within the timeline set in our emails. Once they got there cleaners were totally accommodating to my schedule (I work the overnight shift and had to get to sleep). They were quick, got right to business, did a great job cleaning the carpet, and it looks and smells amazing. Thank you so much!

Matrix cleaning was not only professional and effective, they were also very honest and helpful. They provided instructions prior to their arrival, were punctual and did a great job at cleaning out carpets, couch and ottoman.
