What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultations are free. Pricing depends on the type of case. Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and some employment matters are on a contingency basis where the firm is paid at settlement or verdict. Other matters including real estate, commercial litigation, employment, corporate and estate planning are billed hourly. Residential real estate closings are a flat fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer a free consultation. We offer remote in person consultations, phone conferences, or an in office meeting. This depends on the client and their preferences. Once we review the action we provide a thorough review and offer representation if applicable or point the client in the right direction if our office cannot handle the matter.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the professional has experience in handling these types of cases and the specific area of law.
