I didn’t want to keep putting my cat under anesthesia every time she needs grooming so for the first time ever, I tried in-home grooming with a mild oral sedative (vet provided). Shanielle was so good to my spicy kitty! It was challenging (probably more for me, helping to restrain my angry fur ball who obviously needed a stronger sedative!) Shanielle was so calm and un-rattled by my cat going a little bizerk a couple times (did I mention she’s super spicy?) …. Even with the hissing, occasional swatting and attempted escape, we got done relatively quickly and Shanielle was professional and calm and got all the matting off my cat! She looks like a little lion❣️ Overall, it went well and my cat is much more comfortable…she was mad only for a little while! Lol! If Shanielle can groom my cat, she can handle any cat! I highly recommend 😻

Shanielle was incredible! We have 2 long hair cats whom are a struggle to maintain and honestly me and my wife were worried about judgement even though we do our best. Shanielle helped us out so much and was very professional and prepared and even gave us some medicine for our Persian :). We'll definitely be using her services in the future.
