Ash was great! He quickly responded to me when I contacted him and came out to my medical practice within 24 hours after contact. He offered me a same-day appointment as well. Ash met me at my office on a Saturday which was really convenient since we were not seeing patients. Ash is a Georgia Tech graduate who has been in the IT business for many years. He also wrote computer software programs in the past. It was apparent when I first met him, that Ash was quite knowledgeable and knew actually how to diagnose my problem. My network setup is complicated since we are a medical practice that uses a server in addition to PCs and printers. Recently my Comcast modem/ router went out. I needed my server and devices to communicate with the new router. Ash was able to put my server and PC on the network when another company seemed clueless as to what to do and could not do the job after spending three hours at my practice. Ash was able to diagnose other problems that were affecting the internet speed of my PCs. He cleaned up my PCs and in the end, all my PCs had excellent internet speed. I also had trouble with my printer printing consistently which he fixed. Even better, Ash's rates are reasonable. Whether your job is simple or complex, Ash is the IT tech for you! I most definitely will be using him for all my IT needs. You won't be sorry if you hire Ash.
