- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, evaluate customer's needs to make sure we are the best fit for your event. Second, send you the proposal based on your preferences and requests. Third, Proposal review with the customer and answer all questions. Fourth, signatures and first payment to secure your date. Fifth, review with the customer any artwork needed for the event (if any). Sixth, PARTY TIME.
