FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing really isn't complicated. We have basic plans for most any type of video. Of course, we can always provide a custom quote, but rarely find that necessary. It is mostly based on the type of job and the hours onsite required to capture the necessary footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first, we need a date so we can know if we're even available. If we receive a potential job lead with no date, (or at least a range), then we normally ignore it. Next, what sort of video is it? A corporate interview, a promo video, music of stage performance, commercial, sporting event... Next, is there a video out there somewhere that you like, that you could say is fairly close to what you;re looking for? If so, please send us a link. At this point, we have enough common information that we can have discussion in order to pinpoint your specific needs. We can write a script for you if necessary, or assist you in doing that yourself. There will be a lot of questions!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay up on the latest technology by reading and subscribing to certain well known professional groups. However, I mainly want to stay in touch with what the public needs and wants, as they are my clients. I typically wait to upgrade my editing software til the kinks all get worked out. But I never allow myself to lag far behind.
