FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based off of square footage if the house is over 1800 square feet. You can add extra services for an additional cost if it is not included in your choice of cleaning (ex: adding interior microwave cleaning which is the inside of an appliance to a standard cleaning which does not include interior of appliances). The price is subject to change if we run into something unexpected, but would be discussed before completing the task that would cause the price to fluctuate (no surprise fees).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new housekeeping client typically involves several key steps: First, I like to clearly communicate my services, availability, and rates. Next, I assess the size of the space, the level of cleaning required, and any specific requests the client might have. This helps provide an accurate quote and understand the client's expectations. Then, I clearly outline the services, rates, and any additional charges for special requests. I make sure both parties agree on the terms of service, including the frequency of cleaning and the payment. I usually send over my website for the client to review at this time. I will develop a detailed cleaning plan tailored to the client's needs. Finally, I address any questions the client may have, and maintain open communication before, during, and after the cleaning process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in cleaning techniques, time management, and attention to detail. Working in customer service has also created good communication and interpersonal skills.
