Juan and his team installed two different mini splits at our home, one in a new construction area and the other in existing construction. He provide a great solution for us with these two units, at a very reasonable price, and promptly communicated with us throughout the entire project. My experience: -Immediate response -reasonable price -next-day service -Rafael was punctual, polite, professional, equipped, knowledgeable, and EFFECTIVE: our dryer’s long-standing venting issues are now behind us. He replaced parts as needed and cleaned/serviced the duct from the back of the dryer through to the exterior vent and saved us from needing to replace the dryer. This experience could not have gone more smoothly. A+++
