Worker came out looked at the entire rooftop and the issues I wanted repaired Owner quoted me a price. I asked him to submit his estimate to me in writing because I had one other contractor coming the next day. He said he thought they would repair it today, but agreed to send a written estimate. I never heard from him again as of this date.

Unfortunately, our team was advised that you weren’t prepared to move forward at the time. They provided the price when they were on site, which is standard procedure. We drove outside of our service area to provide you with great service. We’re not sure how this would constitute you giving our company a two star review…We’d be glad to provide you something in writing if that’s what you desire.
