This early start provided her with the opportunity to travel across the country to train with famous and talented instructors. Mary's passion for dance led her to become an award-winning competition dancer.
Driven by her love for the performing arts, Mary explored the realm of theater. She graced the stage, showcasing her acting skills in musicals and local productions, captivating audiences with her talent. She then followed her passion for acting and taking a leap of faith, she packed her bags and headed to New York City to refine her craft.
Mary's journey eventually brought her to Atlanta, where she's been working on various film projects since 2016.
Now, Mary has joyfully returned to her first love—dance. Sharing her wealth of experience and expertise, she takes delight in instructing couples from around the world. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, Mary's laid-back and welcoming approach will make your dance journey an unforgettable one.

My now-husband and I will recommend Mary over and over again until the end of time!! Signing up for 15 lessons with her was honestly one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. Guests from our March 2024 wedding were so surprised and obsessed with our first dance, and they keep raving about it almost three months later. We were both total beginners, having never danced before, and each lesson was such a fun date; it was special to learn something together, especially with Mary as our instructor. She was super patient but energetic and motivating, always asking us what we’d be comfortable trying but also pushing us to try cool moves that made us so proud once we nailed them. We had a pretty unique first dance song and wanted the full length of the song, and Mary catered the choreography perfectly to be unique and truly spectacular. I wasn’t even worried about forgetting any steps or getting nervous, because Mary empowered us and kept us rooted in the fun of it all. By the time of our wedding, Mary had prepped us so well that we walked onto the dance floor with such confidence and rocked it. It’s hard to summarize the feelings or memories created by our dance, but they are priceless…you’ll be so grateful that you hired Mary. We now have a dance we’ll do every year on our anniversary, or really anytime, and now we’re even hoping to do more lessons for casual dancing! An extra perk is that Mary strategically includes moves that make for stunning photos, too. Best decision ever and would highly encourage any other couple to do a coordinated first dance (and parent dances!) with Mary as their teacher.

Mary was such a fun, professional and capable dance teacher, and she did an incredible job getting us ready for our first dance on our big day! This was by far the best money we spent on the wedding, as we completely wowed the crowd with our first dance. I would absolutely recommend that a) everyone do a choreographed first dance and b) that they use Mary!! 1 million/10 stars.

Mary was a remarkable dance instructor in the course of 5 lessons before our wedding. She intuited our hopes for the wedding dance and matched her instruction to our (beginner) skill level with ease. Mary was patient and her enthusiasm was infectious, truly one of the kindest vendors we worked with during the entire wedding process. Our wedding dance surprised all of our family members and made for beautiful photos. We don’t know when we’ll dance publicly again, but when we do we’re hiring Mary!

Mary was a wonderful dance instructor for our wedding dance! We did 5 lessons with her and both felt great by the wedding day and the dance went perfectly. It was a fun date night leading up to the wedding and Mary does a great job coming up with a fun first dance!
