- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 per hr. 4 hr minimum for Personal/Private Chef services. All hrs allocated to your event will be documented & the 4 hr min is paid to hold your date upfront & the balance paid on the day of your event. Estimated at 7-8 hrs total (including travel) Chef will do all shopping, set up, & clean up. Groceries will be reimbursed on the day of as well. Chef will use her discretion when shopping & if there’s a budget you’d like to stay within please express that. My goal is to make you 100% satisfied and to keep you as a client for the long term, so communication & expectation is vital. I look forward to working with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients needs & expectations. Working on a realistic budget is key & being able to execute a solid menu to match that so everyone's happy is my goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some training via college but decided to go full throttle into the industry. My first official culinary job was working at Lincoln Center. That groomed me into who I am today.
