I have been a tech with comcast/charter for over 15 years so when it comes to home devices and pheriphals I am very knowledgeable definitely not mr know it all but if there is anything I am not familiar with, I will advise you before showing up to your door without a clue so you the customer ahead of time can make the decision to have the right person for the job. Seeing the satisfaction on a customers face once a job is complete and the knowledge I can give to them in regards to the job , ie what I am doing how I am doing it , so in the future what they have acquired from me can be used by them in another setting . it's all about growth and helping each other.
