- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% deposit is due to book. ** Small Event Booth Rental $425.00 (This is a very basic package, please READ what it entails) (1-50 guests, 4-hours branding/logo are an additional $50.00 and up, backdrop also additional $25.00) Medium Event Booth Rental $850.00 (51 to 100 guests, 4-hour minimum branding/logo included, backdrop included) Large Event Booth Rental $1200.00 (101 to 500 guests, 4-hour minimum branding/logo included, backdrop included) 2-hour bookings are starting at $275.00 depending upon the number of guests. This rate is for up to 50 people. Only the service is included. Logo/branding and backdrop are not included and an additional fee of $50.00 and up for branding and $25.00 for the backdrop. If over 50 people, please let us know the number of guests, location, and date for pricing. Services included: We are different from the competition as our videos are movie clear. :) We are always at the event site an hour ahead to set up. We also do events inside and outside. (Outside is dependent upon the weather.) Constant communication throughout the process Editing in branding if the option is chosen Props are included in all packages The backdrop is yours to keep (If it is purchased or included) You also receive a link to all the video galleries after the event to relive your guest's moments Each guest will be able to send their personalized video to themselves at least once Booth is tailored to each guest's height. Communication is key! When working with a new customer, we make sure we walk you through the process, remain transparent, and update you constantly. We strive for awesome customer service whether repeat or new customer!

13 years experience with customer service 2 years with this business but, I have had my own business since 2006. (tutoring/educator) Over 13 years of technical/IT/support experience
