HOW WE WORK Professional Organizing, Packing & Unpacking Base Rate: $77/hr/person Minimum Time: 4hrs We help you to: - downsize, declutter and release what no longer serves you - rehome items so that there is a place for everything and everything is in its place based on your lifestyle and habits - organize for maximum aesthetic impact, turning your organization into its own design feature - create new systems to ensure your space remains organized Plus, we provide ongoing help and support to ensure you never end up where you started. Ask us about our reselling, complimentary drop-offs, and subscription service. Interior Re-Design and Staging Minimum project scope: $250 We start with what you already have and build from there. You will be surprised by what gems are in your home, and by being strategic about what we add - colours, layers, and texture, we can create a new feeling in the same space. We help you to: - Understand your space and how to highlight and celebrate what makes it special, while functioning as you need - Make your home feel complete and finished, by filling in those gaps that will make the biggest impact - Purchase the items you need for your projects - Select colours, textiles and other elements that will work together cohesively to create the atmosphere you are after - Support you in the execution of your project, paying attention to details that take an idea from meh to wow Ask us about our Designer For a Day service where we can transform your home in just one day (with a little prep of course!) We had a great experience with Welcome Home. The guys were friendly and eager to help with moving our furniture, boxes, dismantling built in media consoles, putting together a bed frame, and taking apart/rebuilding some drawers in our kitchen. They were incredibly handy and helpful! Would recommend Welcome Home to anyone else looking for some help moving or organizing!

Such a helpful experience. Osaze was so professional and efficient. She had great ideas on how to make our spaces more functional. In just a few hours so much purging and organizing was accomplished. Also appreciated her having someone with a truck who could come and take away old furniture. Very pleased and will definitely use her services again!

Working with Osaze was wonderful. I never actually had the chance to have her and her team come out to help me but she was very responsive and kind over text trying to help me get sorted. I wish I had the chance to see them in action but everything I experienced while interacting with them was extremely professional. If I’m ever back in the area and need any help , Welcome Home will be my first call!

Booking was easy! Osaze, who organized the appointment was responsive and friendly. I sent her a short video of my apt and she gave me the estimated time & the amount of boxes I needed. I have tremendous anxiety when it comes to packing and moving - I just freeze and my mind stops working. The estimated time for completing packing was 5-6 hours but Jacqueline came in and breezed through it in 4 hours!! I don’t have many fragile items or artworks but I do have a LOT of small stuff just all over the place. I told Jacqueline to have my boxes open because I haven’t even thrown out stuff yet. I am also traveling right after the move and Welcome Home is just a life saver 😭 The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have completed a diploma in interior decorating, and I’m a certified stager as well.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It started one day when I realized I didn’t like how I felt in my own home. That single realization changed my life. I understood how destabilizing that was and how it was impacting every other area of my life. I quit my corporate career, went back to school and started a new career supporting people at home providing decorating, organizing and relocation support. This was 10 years ago and I haven’t looked back. I’ve worked with decorating and design firms, worked with staging companies helping homeowners move, worked one on one with clients needing organizing support, and so much more.
