I branched out and learned commercial plumbing in 2013, and have been doing both for the past 8 years. In 2020 my father passed away due to COVID-19, and left me to continue the family business. I reached out to Alex after a pipe behind my water heater burst. From the very beginning he was communicative, professional, and provided updates leading up to his arrival. He not only provided a fair estimate, but he also tackled the repair that same day and made sure to show me his work every step of the way while also taking care to minimize debris and clutter/trash. He made sure to only cut into the wall where he needed to and did so with care and attention. His work was thorough, neat, and well executed. He not only repaired the issue, but also answered my ancillary questions regarding my other plumbing needs/concerns. Going forward Bonds Plumbing is my plumber of record for all plumbing needs. My toilet got clogged up and I needed someone right away before I left for my trip. Alex was very communicative and fit me in as his last trip of the day.
