- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak to a new client on the phone to assess their needs and location. We have the client register online with us to provide their pets' specific care instructions and schedule. We arrange a Meet and Greet to meet the family and pets and to get keys and more detailed information. From there we visit their home as scheduled to provide their pets with the love and care they need whenever the client can't be home themselves.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a dog with "Special Needs." We turned our lives around to help her get through tough times, and finding someone to take care of her when we couldn't be there was always a challenge. We started this business to offer others the services we knew we needed ourselves.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients come with a variety of needs, but we've found most people fit into one of these categories and we will specialize our visits to the unique care requirements of each furry family member. Mid-day Dog Walking - while clients are at work and the doggies need a potty break. Pet Sitting - when clients are out of town and need daily visits for dogs, cats, and pets of all kinds.
