Jose and the Payma team did a fantastic job on a complex and unusual job at my home. The problem we were trying to solve was water damage and rot on some siding, structural joists, and subfloor underneath hardwood floors. The crew was able to figure out a way to repair and strengthen the damaged areas without impacting the hardwoods above, which was a huge win for both time and cost savings. Jose clearly communicated all of their plans after assessing the situation, explained all the types of materials being used, and then showed me the work in progress along the way. They were completely transparent in their work and it was clear that they had pride in their craftsmanship and a strong desire to do everything the right way. After seeing the quality of their work, I asked if they could do a few more tasks for me while on site, including building a small fence, which they graciously accommodated. Overall, Payma Home Solutions is a great value for high quality craftsmanship.

This was one of my best project experience's. Major deck repair replacing rotten wood and adding critical support columns. Payma was very responsive, right on time an excellent workmanship. Not only great carpentry skills but fast and you could hardly tell any construction took place when the crew left.
Thank you Jose , for a for a job that should have been several days turned into a one day fantastic job..

Jose' and Ali are finishing up several projects at my house. The big one was a renovation to my patio where I wanted to remove 2 of the support pillars, add a LVL beam and change the existing beams to stacked stone. It was a big project, but the job they did is outstanding and they did it in record time. They also replaced 2 doors that were rotting out. I've been looking for a contractor like this since I moved into my current house. They have earned a customer for life. Their prices are very reasonable, they work very hard to make sure it's right, and they do fantastic work. They'll be back for the other future projects I can dream up, not to mention the repairs that any house needs from time to time.
