Mr. Thompson and I taught math together as colleagues at the same school. There were many times when I would send some of my students to him to be tutored. He has a knack for getting through to children that struggle with fundamental math concepts. He is patient and caring in all of his interactions with young people. Most importantly, he has an excellent mastery of mathematics on all levels, from elementary school to Calculus.
