- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appt at the prospect's home or office to do a free consult where we review the project and get to know more about their business or organization. Then we email them a quote and references, worksheets or a contract depending on the meeting. If we don't hear back in 48hrs, we call and follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do. The internet is constantly changing, the software changes and new devices come out all the time. Its a constant process. Everytime we learn something 6 months later its outdated or not used anymore. Education is a constant in web marketing and design.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many businesses, several churches, non-profits and charities and individuals (resumes, comp cards for models, invitations)
