- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $50 - free with the repair. Total repair price will be estimated after diagnosing the issue of the appliance. We offer $25 OFF the labor to our first-time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the technician has to visit a customer in order to inspect the appliance and find out what the issue is. The quote for the repair will be provided to a customer right after the inspection. If the customer approves it, we proceed with the repair right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took training courses at several appliance repair companies.
