1. Phone consultation and schedule home visit (client can provide photos and measurements for remote estimates) 2. Send estimate 3. follow up 24hrs post estimate 4. Client accepts estimate (price match available give us the opportunity to match or beat another hard copy quote) 5. down payment and schedule for job completion 6. Remaining balance upon completion
