- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the duration, time, place, location of the session and any special request that the customer may have. I often offer military discount to veterans and current service members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a small-business owner, customer experience and satisfaction are of utmost importance to me. I like to get to know my clients because doing so helps me meet and exceed their needs. So I'll call my clients, introduce myself, ask about their "vision" about the session, exchange ideas and assure them that their "vision" will be realized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken numerous classes/courses pertaining to photography. I have been a professional photographer for more than seven years.
