- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $150 fee for a general check up of the property (troubleshooting). This fee will be discounted from the final estiamte if the customer books our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer contacts us we request either a direct phonecall for more information or a visit to the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience as a licensed electrical contractor.
