Paola has been training me for a couple weeks now and I can already see the differences in my body! She is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to my form and the muscles I engage during each workout. Every session is different and she is prepared. She also does a great job suggesting habit changes that are easy to include in my daily routine to help speed my progress.
