I expect before long these guys will have many many five star reviews. Henry and Patrick responded within a few minutes of my enquiry. They arrived looking professional in polo shirts with Locksmith written which gave a great first impression. They were very clear and friendly communicators and got to work immediately. We were locked out of a bedroom, so they drilled out the lock and replaced it with a completely new one in no time at all. I watched them work and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly highly recommend these guys. To Henry and Patrick, If I ever need a locksmith again you have my business.

My boyfriend needed emergency help so i contacted this locksmith and he said that he spoke with him but he never did, so my boyfriend callled another company and they came and helped him , i will give 2 stars only for the fast response thanks

Hello, Natalie I hope that all is well and I Thank you for your review, Although I wasn't hired I contacted your boyfriend within less than 2 minutes of receiving the lead and continued to message to coordinate thereafter because I was scheduled for a booking for 24 hours or the day after so I usually like to confirm with clients prior or the day before. it appears there was some kind of miscommunication with you and allegedly your boyfriend because the gentleman I spoke to over the phone stated he had no recollection of who you were. these comments are detrimental to small businesses please in the future consider before you write a review because they are impactful to a company's reputation.
