FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically provide the customer with a quote initially, or we guide them to our Request a Quote form that is located on our site. At this point, an associate will reach back out within 24 hours to go over the details of the quote and to answer any questions that the potential customer may have. If the customer decides to book with us, we require execution of a Booking Agreement and a 50% deposit payment in order to reserve the customer's date. We provide a Song and/or Drink Selection template for the customer to complete so that we can generate a playlist and/or drink menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In an effort to stay up on the latest developments in our industry, our professionals frequently research new technology and trends. Additionally, ieg is a member of the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA), which is the world's largest registered trade association for mobile and Club DJs, as well as Karaoke Hosts. This enables us to keep abreast of the latest developments in our industry. Our Mobile Bartenders are required to have along with their pouring permit, a Professional Bartending School Certificate in Bartending/Mixology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
