- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s a reason we selected the name “Bargain Blinds”. In just about any situation we can match and/or beat any written quote assuming we are comparing apples to apples. Most of the time we have a promotion or discount of some sort which we apply whether the customer is aware of the discount or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to sit down & understand the look they’re going for. Whether that be contemporary, mid-century, classic, sheik or traditional. Once we have a preference narrowed down I show them samples of any options that fit into the vision they’ve painted for us. I discuss additional options like manual vs motorized operating systems. We then go through different color palettes. Once we are closer to a final selection, I bring in life sized blinds/shades/shutters that I can display on their window openings so they can get an exact sense of how the options they’ve selected would look in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in the Home Improvement industry for over 5 years. I’ve sold impact Windows, hurricane shutters & roofing. I’ve always loved Real Estate & home decor. Assisting my customers pick different styles, colors & textures for their window treatments brings us joy. Especially once the finished product is installed and I get to see the smile on my clients faces!
