Raymond Slater is a good hearted honest person. I have always went to him with my computer problems. Im sure he would tell you I am not the most computer inclined person, but no matter what kind of mess my computer was Raymond has always been able to figure it out. If you have a computer problem of any kind Raymond is your man. Referred by, NIcolle Vermilyea

Mr. Slater was able to diagnose the problem with my computer quickly. It turns out I had an error with my hard-drive; he was able to get it working for me temporarily until a part we ordered came in. He even took the time to look for the part online and get the best deal. Highly recommended!

This guy really knows his stuff! He got my computer running again quick, and his fee was very reasonable. I would reccomend this service to anyone who needs any type of computer repair, upgrades, or maintenance done.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The field of consumer electronic repair is always changing so I have to keep up on all of the latest changes occurring in all the different areas of my field. I have just recently graduated with my 2 year degree from University of Phoenix and attend annual expos that are somewhat close to my area that last a few days and are very informative about all the latest trends in electronics and is also brand specific as well.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common job that I have is preventative maintenance and upkeep to keep the more costly repairs away. This includes monthly operating system cleanup/backup, dusting to avoid overheating (one of the most common repairs can be avoided from this), virus checking and upkeep, and quite a bit of on site tutoring and explaining of every step that is taken during the repair, and how to avoid it again.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Opt for the personal technical support that comes with dealing with an individual that cares about how you feel about the end product when the deal is over. Not a corporation that will run you around in circles when you need assistance without even a second thought.
