I do not recommend this company. My original order was delayed 8 weeks beyond when it was supposed to arrive. This delay is absolutely not the fault of Lifestyle Blinds. However, once the shades did arrive the installation was done incorrectly as the shades were measured to the wrong size, leaving large 2 inch light gaps on either side. The shades then, due to poor installation, came crashing down within 24 hours and I had to hire another professional to come in to fix the botched job, costing me several hundred additional dollars. I then disputed the charge for the original work in an effort to achieve some degree of financial recourse. Lifestyle Blinds did not offer any sort of partial refund, or any financial remedy whatsoever, and I was ultimately forced to pay the full amount for the botched work, as well as the second professional’s repair work. Overall, the communication was poor, the work was done incorrectly, and the company did not offer even partial financial relief for the hassle, stress and improperly measured and installed shades.
