Eric Casaccio's involvement with the fitness industry began by his dedication to a developed exercise program. Over time, he made incredible changes for himself, giving him the desire and passion to help others.
Soon after, Eric became certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and he furthers his knowledge through continuing education courses.
His exercising techniques specialize in muscle strengthening and gaining, toning, weight loss, functional training, TRX, core and flexibility.
