Ben called within minutes and was at my house in under an hour. I had a broken door knob/lock on my front door that he did troubleshooting for and fixed on the spot. I would definitely recommend Ben in the future! Especially if you’re looking to get something fixed quickly. His prices were on the higher side for what I’ve come to expect from a locksmith, but I needed this fixed quickly and there’s a premium for that. Thanks Ben!

The technician (Buendia) was very professional. He was able to fix the existing lock (although he did have to replace one piece). He explained what he was doing and why as he was working on the lock. He ensured I was 100 percent satisfied with the lock before he left. I will definitely use Ben's Locks for future issues.

Ben is absolutely fantastic! I needed a smart lock installed, and Ben was at my condo within 25 minutes of me putting the request into Thumbtack. He was professional and kind, and he finished the job in maybe 15 minutes. If was a little trickier than a standard installation because Ben had to chisel out some of the for, but he made it look easy. I would recommend been to anyone looking for a locksmith!
