- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable. It’s cheaper to do a bundle of projects than one at a time. But understand your paying for my knowledge, my skills, and my craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone call to get an image of the work.Some times in troubleshooting I can walk you through the process over the phone. We try our best to save our clients money. Second, a walkthrough to observe any visible issues and to inform the client of what we're looking for and what we plan to do. We also like to include the client in the walkthrough to see and hear their opinions and ideas to become never get high-minded. Then it’s time to discuss numbers and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification from High School stating that I passed all test and classes to obtain my certificate. Also, I completed the six year apprenticeship with IBEW Local 26. Which is the Electricians Union. Now I hold my license as an Electrical Journeyman!
