Introduction

There are many reasons. For example: 1. There isn't any other company in Delaware County that offers all the services I offer, and can do it for the prices that I can do it for. 2. I keep my overhead low, therefore my prices are low too. 3. I'm completely family owned and operated. 4. Since I'm the one who anwsers the call for service. I will be the same person who will give you your estimate and I will also be the one doing the work too. No communication drop between the customer and the worker. I like all the diffrent type of jobs that I do and meeting all sorts of people along the way. I'm the hands on type. I get to see all types of problems, then I get to repair them. Some jobs are big and some are small. There's always something new to repair.

Michael was rec by my sister--who has been using him for a number of years--and he had been rec to her by her co-workers. He has done quite a few jobs for me in my 30 year old home and all have been done very well. Small jobs (I make a list of all my small things that need to get done) and bigger projects as well. Here today for a while as a matter of fact. He is honest, professional, does very nice work and cleans up when done(which is great--hate messy contractors) He is very good at explaining what is involved in getting a project done and is quite reasonably priced. He installed a beautiful hardwood floor in my large living room and although I purchased the wood at a local home improvement store--I did not use them for installation because their prices were fairly high and per square foot. He has installed crown molding, changed lights and ceilings fans, replaced damaged dry wall, replaced doors and baseboards, renovated my screened porch and kitchen cabinets. My list will be endless I'm sure. I feel perfectly comfortable leaving him here to do his work and leaving the house -- he is as honest as the day is long.

The school district has use Congraph Services for all lock and door problems for the past four/five years with reliability, competitive pricing and overall satisfaction. I, personally, have used his services at my residence and was very satisfied with his craftsmanship and service. I would highly recommend Congraph Services (Mike) to all in need of a Handyman or Locksmith services. Mike is a true professional and it's pleasure to work with him on a regular basis, both professionally and personal.

I have known/used Michael for 5 years. I have found Michael to be reliable, pleasant, honest and professional. I have used him for all our household repairs---everything from replacing smoke detector batteries to deck and framing repairs. Michael only knows how to do things one way--the right way! Con Graph Services was recommended to us by our burglar alarm company when we had a problem with a potential break-in earlier this year. Michael responded promptly and added the locks necessary to make the house more secure. We also hired him to replace interior door knobs and window locks and to repair cracked window panes. He did everything superbly. This fall Michael replaced some light fixtures and repaired closet lights for us. His work is good and he is very prompt, courteous and neat. I keep his card handy as we will be calling him again. I highly recommend Con Graph Services.

Michael has been servicing locks and related door hardware for me for the past four and a half years, when I was hired as Supervisor of Facilities in May 2007. He also serviced locks and hardware for my predecessor. When ever we have a issue that goes beyond the expertise of my staff, Michael is able to resolve it in a timely manner. Con Graph Services is classified as a service company. Therfore, I do charge a service call on all visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. For locksmithing I continue to go to classes to further my knowledge on the latest products on the market and new ways to keep my customers safe and secure.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Looking for a new job back in 1997. I walked into a local locksmith shop looking for a job and was hired that day. After 3 weeks of shop training, I was put on the road, I started going out and doing service calls for the lock shop's customers. Seven years later I wanted to to do more than just locksmithing. The customer was always asking so what else do you do? And not being able to do anything else for the customer due to working for the lock shop, "that be like bitting the hand that feeds you". So it was time to go and create a service company that not only can secures your home, businesses, schools, churches and fire departments, and what ever needs securing. But, can do other jobs that the customer needed. Example: fix this, tighten that, adjust those, secure these, replace that, put together this, hang these, install this. Why not show your customers all that you have to offer them and the services that you can provide in order to keep them safe and secure in their homes, offices or businesses. And so Gon Graph Services was created. A Locksmith Service with a Handyman mind set. A company that can secure you buildings, homes, storefronts, churches, fire departments, schools and also take care of the everyday handyman/maintenance problems that you may incur during the course of your day.
