Introduction: We are a small company, we always work one on one with our customers and will be there working from start to finish. When you see the same familiar face everyday it gives you the peace of mind that the work is being done by the same person and not different employees being sent to different projects and that your name is on a docket of projects to complete. It is a trade I have mastered, and something I enjoy seeing when my customers see their homes transformed.

Ismael was a very good worker and was able to quickly help us with our problem. We were pretty astonished when he showed us how large a birds nest he removed from under our stucco. The birds had managed to find a spot to enter and Ismael was able to find and hopefully keep them from using that entrance again as well as replacing the area with new stucco.

Ismael did an outstanding job doing synthetic stucco repair on our large custom home. He really cares about his work quality and clearly takes great pride in doing a good job. Ismael reattached and repaired stucco trim, filled bird holes and refinished two retaining walls. He found a problem, that we were unaware of, where a railing had loosened from an exterior wall and had allowed some moisture to penetrate. We were appreciative that he found the issue and was able to repair. Matching the color of our stucco is very challenging. Most contractors have difficulty matching it. Ismael went the extra mile to create a color match that worked very well! Overall, Ismael was communicative, friendly and highly professional. He worked quickly and was reasonably priced. We will absolutely call Ismael again!

The Rock stucco helped us with a chimney that was spalling due to water intrusion. Ismael was puncture during the initial site inspection and provided a detailed breakdown of the work that is to be done. We could not be happier with the final repair which matched up with the rest of the stucco perfectly. The project was completed on time and on budget and I would not hesitate to recommend Ismael for any future stucco projects.

Every project is different, I assess every project individually and make sure that the work that I am recommending is the work that needs to be done, honesty and integrity are always included in my pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet with the client, no matter how small or big the project is. I want to be able to assess the job, meet the client, know exactly what is the different options that are available to them, if possible present them with "samples" of different materials, colors, textures available. Let them ask any questions that they have and be able to engage in a conversation about their home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Homeowners, Commercial Business Owners, Corporations, Real Estate Agents, and General Contractors.
