- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. It's difficult to put a one price fits all on landscape and hardscape work. We're not the cheapest on the block but are very reasonably priced for the high quality we can bring you. Quality over quantity!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job is different and an onsite visit is generally a must. From there we discuss your needs so we can come up with the best design and bid to suit your needs. Our Down Payments consist of 50% of bid total.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied under a Hardscape Installer who had over 25 years experience and a Master Gardener, who had over 20 years of experience. Ideal will continue to practice the values and quality of work learned between these two experts in our own work.
