DELICIOUS! Our Kabsa Kitchen night with Chef Austin was a once in a lifetime experience- I’ve never eaten a rice-based dish with my hands before (prior to 2am)! We had so much fun learning about Kabsa and even more fun eating it. 10/10 recommend. Thank you, Chef Austin for a great meal!

Austin is truly a master of this middle eastern cuisine! The perfectly cooked rice, seasoned meats and aromatic spices showcase his culinary expertise! If you’re a fan of Kabsa, or wanting to try a new dining experience Austin’s rendition is a must try! 10/10 recommend

Austin hosted our rehearsal dinner of 35 people and it was THE HIGHLIGHT of the wedding weekend. It’s been three years now and our guests still talk about that meal. It’s delicious, unique, memorable and just a fun dinner party experience overall. He’s even so accommodating with vegetarian options. I cannot recommend him and this meal enough!!
