Introduction
I have the education that most personal trainers do not have. I put in 5 years of education into my career for the profession of strength and conditioning. Most personal trainers receive their certification after a couple weeks of training (that is if they do it hands on). Most buy study materials and take an exam. I have put a lot of $$$ into my education to further my experience in this field. Don't you want a trainer who is invested? I love meeting new people! The best thing about being a personal trainer is establishing a new relationship with someone. Gaining their trust and earning their respect is my favorite. You never know what will come from meeting someone new. People who train here are patients not clients....big difference.

Aaron is a great personal trainer and an even better person. He knows not only what needs to be done to develop fitness but also how to motivate his clients to do their best, even more than they thought they could. I have worked with him for nearly a year and just love him and what he has done for me. If there were ten stars available, I would give him eleven! You need to spend some time with him.

I was so blessed to be able to work with Aaron. Aaron was very polite and encouraging. He came to work early to accommodate my schedule. We met at Great Moves 2x's a week.He had a plan to increase the muscles in my wounded back, and followed it. Every week he pushed a bit harder, so that I could get stronger, but he never wanted me in pain. As I ended my 6 weeks, he gave me an exercise plan that I could keep working with. I would HIGHLY recommend Aaron!!!

I've had 4 lessons with Aaron , who's now teaching at Great Moves Physical Therapy, Golf Performance Center. First, He's a great professional. He would start my lesson absolutely on time. He's funny, nice and easy going, but most importantly, he completely changed my swing in 3 days! By using all the AWESOME equipment, he was able to detect what's wrong with my swing very fast. He then corrected it, with utmost attention to detail. I'm another golfer! Was amazed by how much my swing's mechanic changed and how much better it's looking right know. I had a great experience at Great Moves Physical Therapy (Golf Performance Center). What's most important is that he really cares about his students. I Highly recommend Aaron! Awesome Instructor!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I struggled with weight as a kid. My motivation for going to school was the day I was ridiculed in front of my basketball teammates by a former coach. He laughed at my inability to have any type of physical prowess. Demeaning was his style of emotional build up. This is why I became a coach and personal trainer.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a professional that is certified! Lots of trainers do not maintain their certifications which does not give them the right to keep training. Make a decision based on the quality of their work, not the $. Most personal training is around the same price. Saving a buck is the last thing on your mind.
