- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no additional fees when paying with cash or check. However, a 2.9% fee is applied when using debit or credit cards as payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the customers about their project outlooks, preferences, and vision like refence pictures are a great starting point. Taking all the information in mind, I can properly form a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training and education regarding handyman work is by working alongside my father when I was younger. As I got older, more and more opportunities arose to get experience and learn multiple repair techniques. For my furniture restoration, I had the privilege of working alongside a furniture company that taught me the intricacies and importance of learning the appropriate restoration process for various furniture pieces.
