- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes the delivery of edited photos within a week. It also includes driving within one hour of Sunnyvale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk at least a week in advance and gauge requirements from the customer; and finalize the contract. I aim to create a long lasting connection .. I have had multiple customers who have invited me to be a part of their engagement, wedding, maternity and family photo shoots.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do regular workshops and courses to stay upto speed.
