Retired private chef — now teaching you to cook. I'm Ronald Relyea, The Enchanted Driver. I spent two decades as a private chef, including cooking for people recovering from serious illness. I have retired from cooking in other people's kitchens — I am NOT a private chef for hire. What I do now is teach: culinary coaching that empowers you to cook your own food with confidence, inside the guidelines your doctor has set for you. Consultation $125, then $100 an hour. Ron was head cook and kitchen manager at the Global Youth Village in Bedford, VA for two years. His vegan dishes were always innovative, creative, and delicious; and supported our international vegetarian cuisine perfectly.

Chef Ron gave new life as the Food Service Director to the GLobal Youth Village dining experience turning more than 150 teenagers from around the world into foodies. He is professional, creative, inspiring, kind hearted, hard-working, and a wonderful organizer. Great vegan and vegetarian chef!

Chef Ron is an extremely sincere , creative and sensitive chef and manager.
