We had the opportunity to work with grand builders. They did a couple things around the house since they are very open to what kind of work they can do. We have turf installed in front of the house. It came out amazing. They also redid our driveway with pavers and redid some of the sidewalk cement, they also did some interior works such as recessed, lighting flooring, and a kitchen remodel. This was a really big project for us. We didn’t wanna give it to any contractor. We wanted someone who we can trust and feel that we can trust them with our dream home that one day we will complete . We met the team of grand builders on Thumbtack through recommendation at work, we invited them over for an estimate from the initial invitation. They were really professional. They understood what we were desiring and we felt like they were the one since the communication was there. We just want to give a big thanks to them if we could give 100 stars we would because they are the dream team I recommend builders to anyone looking for a honest and trustworthy builder

We would like to take the time to give a review to grand builders. They are very competitive with pricing. Also, the crew can speak English, which is one important thing for me. A lot of people don’t speak English and it’s very hard to communicate. We really like the way they are they installed a 50 amp tesla charger For my Tesla and they also did a panel upgrade from 125 A to 400 A with permits and PG&E verified as well. We are more than happy with the work. We’re going to recommend them to all our friends and family if anyone is looking to remodel, this is your builder they are honest and upfront And they will always help you along the way just how they helped us. Thank you again to the team my grand builders.

We would really like to appreciate the team at grand builders from the initial request of meeting them for some work that we would like to get done around the home. They were just professional. They were out of this world to people. We really like that you know nowadays, there’s a lot of people who just come give you a price and the only time you see them is when they’re going to collect the check and you don’t see them until the next check is due not with grand builders. They like to be their managing their people they’re super professional, I recommend them to all my friends and family. The work they did for us was electrical adding some new 30 amp 50 amp outlets also a panel upgrade to a 400 service recess lighting throughout the whole home with some good dimmers which we really liked and they also installed SPC flooring in our home which turned out really awesome. We loved it in our house. they also installed new windows in the kitchen and living room. They turned out really well. We also did a full bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel with them. The process was super easy. The designers help us along the way choosing and making the good recommendations that were necessary. In all, grand builders is just awesome. These are amazing people who love doing what they do. I’m going to recommend them to all my friends at Apple. I think they are a really good team of experts and definitely know what they’re doing. They are also super flexible with time, and if any issues ever came up throughout the whole process, they would make it right by communicating it with us if I could give 10 stars, I would ! Thank you to the team at grand builders for our dream home come to reality we love it!

I'm incredibly pleased with my new kitchen remodel completed by Grand Builders. Right from the start, I was impressed by their professionalism during the estimate process. They were thorough and attentive to my needs, providing a clear outline of the project ahead.
What really stood out to me was their flexibility throughout the remodel. They were open to discussing changes and adjustments along the way, which made the entire process much smoother. Their ability to adapt to my preferences ensured that the final result was exactly what I had envisioned.

I am leaving this review for grand builders. They installed roughly 3000 ft.² of laminate flooring throughout my home. I am really impressed with the work they did especially around the doors since installing flooring around doors is very difficult. I am really happy with the work they did really nice clean cuts. It’s just amazing and they also installed about 30 recess lights throughout my home, which are really bright and I like the placement they put them in. Also, the dimmers make them look really good. I am more than happy with the work they did. They are really easy to work with and they can speak English, which is the most important Thing For me, at least the owner is really easy to work with. He is super down to earth guy. I really recommend him to anybody starting out remodeling and is looking to have an easy ride throughout the whole process. This contractor is really amazing I have never met somebody this great .
