Palms Garage Doors was quick to respond and sent over a technician within a few hours to give me a free estimate. The technician, Leo, was friendly and professional and explained what needed to be replaced. They worked with me on the estimate amount for the spring, cable and drum and began work immediately once I accepted. Leo worked quickly to get all the parts replaced and I’m happy that I can open my garage again. I would recommend them for garage repair services!

We had broken spring at the garage door on Friday afternoon. I called a few companies found on Google, first on the list. When Elad Levi at Palms Garage Doors came by, I was surprised, as did not call his company, but he explained that most companies I found online are messengers that provide information. Elad Levi recommended to replace both springs as they are the same age. He did job quickly as knowledgeable professional. He provided me with his business card, company brochure and informational Diamond Certified brochure. I very much hope that our garage door will be working for many years ahead exceeding warranty. I recommend Palms Garage Doors everybody who needs repair of any kind or replacement of the garage door.
