Alex responded immediately and provided very reasonable quote. He is a licensed electrician and does great work. He is very personable and patient as we encountered some issues as we tried to find a workable solution. Glad to have found him and will be our go to guy for electrical jobs around the house. He replaced fluorescent under the sink lights to led, ceiling fluorescent lights pin type bulb to led. We had him replace 3 canister type lights to flushed led and replace a non working gfci. We also had him check all our outlets and smoke alarms. He also came back to replace a chandelier from a 20 ft high ceiling! He had to rent a taller ladder to get the job done and we are very pleased with the results.

He did the work that I wanted him to do. Deducted 1 star due to multiple reasons:
1. He increased his price 1 day before our confirmed appointment, even though we had originally agreed on a price.
2. He did not provide a receipt.
3. He did not respond to my follow-up request to add a separate switch for the exhaust fan.

Alejandro works professionaly. He explains his work beforehand so you can be prepare in case he needs to turn off the power.He helps up upgrading two electrical panels, as well as creating new electricity inputs in the backyard. He worked on time with responsibility, coordinating with PG&E and with the people who made texture and paint, so everything looked good. I highly recommend his work and his quick response to any question. We're still working with him to install new outdoor lamp posts.
