- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, a customer will spend more money per square foot on smaller projects versus larger areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would come out to visit the property to see what the customer has in mind. Measure the area(s) for square footage. Then sit down with the customer to go over the process of installation, timeline, expectations, and other questions/concerns. Providing the customer with a price and if customer wants to move forward - contract signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in in-home sales - selling windows, heating and a/c, and solar. Last 2 years with artificial turf.
