Flat Rate: $59/week for 12 weeks, Covers all services including recipes, workouts, video library access, and weekly 1 on 1 accountability meetings. No Hidden Fees: What you see is what you pay, no surprises. Discounts Available: Discounts for longer commitments are available to help you save more. Feel free to ask if you have any specific budget requirements!

Initial Consultation: We discuss your goals, dietary needs, and available equipment. Custom Plan Creation: I'll develop personalized recipes and workouts for you. Weekly Check-Ins: We'll track progress and make adjustments as needed. Ongoing Support: You’ll have full access to our video library for guidance. With over 10 years of experience in fitness and nutrition and a background of 6 years in active duty military service, I bring a disciplined and results-oriented approach to my training programs. As a NASM-certified personal trainer for over 2 years, I've effectively managed private, semi-private, and group classes, leveraging my extensive knowledge to tailor programs that meet individual needs while fostering a supportive community environment. My military experience has honed my skills in building resilience and dedication, qualities I integrate into every aspect of my coaching to help clients achieve their best health.
