It was a pleasure to work with Tom/Artyom of Plumbing Pure. Tom was quick to respond and completed two small plumbing projects for us efficiently, cheerfully and at a reasonable price. He replaced 30 year old bathroom shower faucets and fixed the bathroom sink faucet so it did not have to be replaced. Highly recommend Tom and Plumbing Pure.

Tom replaced the faucet in our laundry room, but also pointed out a couple of issues that needed attention which he took care of. In passing, I asked him his opinion on why one of the shower heads in the master bathroom did not give out hot water. Another plumbing company recommended extensive work which was going to be costly. Tom diagnosed the problem almost immediately and was able to repair the shower head and hot water is coming out again!! His charge for the extra work was minimal, significantly less than what the other plumbing company was going to charge me. I highly recommend Plumping Pure, and definitely one of their technicians, Tom.
