- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is consistent with comparable firms. We have staff and equipment. Having experience from 29 years in business going back to the first company. This gives us the ability to help our clients with a wide range of projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There’s an initial phone conversation to determine whether the project, client, and company are a good match if it seems so then we can move on to a visit at the property.
