I try hard to do my job right the first time, I don't like to comeback for the same problem, my clients loves this, they know I will make right the first time. you don't pay if I cannot make you happy. I loved technology since i was a kid, and today this is what I like to do fix and repair computers and most electronic devices, I like to challenge computer problems.

Paul replaced failed Dell laptop drive, installed upgraded operating system (Windows 7 in place of Vista) and transferred key personal files. Professional, pleasant, fast and reasonably priced. Recommend.

I had our new printer set up and installed to work with our home computers with scan functions and still have options to print to our other printer. The instruction for the install and multiple discs made this a challenge for the average bear. Paul was able to piece together all the information and explained the functions and how to use them. He was on time, professional, well priced and new what he was doing.

I can't say enough good things about Paul. I truly "abuse" my computer. I melted one down, and he rescued all on my hard drive and transported it to a new computer. My backup system was inadequate. He helped me set up a new one. My filing system was out of hand. He loaded an application to help me make it more efficient. My wireless printer wouldn't connect. He got it humming again. There isn't anything he can't fix - or make better! He is diligent, efficient and resourceful. Both me and my husband depend on him to keep us online, productive - and happy! Thanks Paul for all you have done - and continue to do - to help us!!

I have been using Paul at Alpha Computer Support to set up, repair, debug, and restore my computers for the last several years. After dealing with Paul, I wouldn't consider using anyone else to service my computer(s).
